Credits are ORYN Quest's single currency for fun. Instead of paying a different price at every venue, you spend credits from your monthly balance to book activities. Each listing shows its credit cost up front, so you always know what a session will “spend” before you reserve it.
Your plan tops your balance back up on the same day each month. How any unused credits are treated at renewal is spelled out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy— it's the source of truth for the exact terms, so give it a quick read.
Plans change — that's life with kids. You can cancel a booking from your dashboard, and whether the credits come back depends on timing and the vendor's cancellation window. The full rules, including any cut-off times, live in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription from your account settings whenever your family's rhythm shifts. Changes take effect around your billing cycle — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for how timing and any proration are handled.
Every provider applies before they can list, and each listing goes through a quality review so you see accurate details, real photos, and clear pricing. All vendors agree to uphold our Child Safety Policy, which sets the safety expectations we hold everyone on the marketplace to. To be straight about the limits of that review: certifications and insurance are self-reported by the provider, and ORYN Quest does not run criminal background checks — each provider is an independent business responsible for screening its own staff.
