Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains how cancellations, refunds, and schedule changes are handled for activities booked through the ORYN Quest platform (“Platform”). By booking an activity, you agree to this Policy.
1. ROLE OF ORYN QUEST
ORYN Quest is a marketplace that connects Parents and Guardians with independent activity providers (“Vendors”). Refunds and cancellations are governed primarily by each Vendor’s individual policies.
ORYN Quest processes payments on behalf of Vendors but does not set Vendor refund rules.
2. VENDOR CANCELLATION POLICIES
Each Vendor may establish its own cancellation and refund rules, including:
- deadlines for cancellation,
- partial or full refund eligibility,
- non‑refundable bookings,
- credit‑only refunds,
- rescheduling options.
Vendor policies are displayed on the activity listing or during checkout. You are responsible for reviewing these policies before booking.
3. PARENT/GUARDIAN CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel a booking:
- You must follow the Vendor’s stated cancellation policy.
- Refunds, credits, or rescheduling options depend on the Vendor’s rules.
- ORYN Quest cannot override Vendor policies.
If the Vendor allows refunds:
- ORYN Quest will process the refund on the Vendor’s behalf.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
4. VENDOR CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES
If a Vendor cancels an activity or makes a significant schedule change:
- The Vendor is responsible for notifying Parents.
- The Vendor must offer one of the following:
- a full refund,
- a rescheduled date,
- or an activity credit (if stated in their policy).
ORYN Quest will process refunds only after the Vendor authorizes them.
