A simple support overview for families and vendors using the current ORYN Quest testing environment.
Accounts and access

Use Sign In or Google authentication to enter the correct workspace for your account. Parents land in the family experience, approved vendors can switch into the vendor workspace, and admins can use the admin setup or dashboard routes when authorized.
Bookings and credits

Families can browse activities, book with credits, and review upcoming sessions from the dashboard, bookings, and wallet flows. If billing or subscription behavior looks inconsistent during testing, treat the current state as non-final and report it before relying on it as production policy.
Vendor and admin support

Vendors can manage listings, slots, bookings, and profile settings from the vendor workspace. Admin tools cover credits, users, vendors, and community moderation. Testing-phase workflows may change as platform hardening continues.
Subscriptions and plans

ORYN Quest offers monthly subscription plans that grant credits for booking activities. You can view and manage your current plan from the Wallet page. Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Community and groups

The Community section lets parents connect, share recommendations, and join groups based on interests or location. Community posts and group content are moderated to maintain a family-safe environment.
Messages and notifications

Use the Messages page to communicate directly with vendors about bookings or activity questions. Notification preferences can be managed from your profile settings.
