Delete your ORYN Quest account

You can permanently delete your ORYN Quest account and its personal data at any time, from the app or the website.

Delete from the app or website

1. Sign in and open Account.
2. Scroll to Delete accountand confirm. If you have upcoming bookings, an active membership, or a recurring enrollment, you'll be asked to cancel those first.
3. Your sign-in is removed immediately and you are logged out everywhere.

What gets deleted

Child profiles, favorites, saved vendors, calendar connections, community profile and memberships, notification and device tokens, AI conversation history, interest and activity data, reflections, and waitlist entries are permanently deleted. Your name, email, phone, and address are erased from our records.

What we keep, and why

Financial and legal records — booking history, the credit ledger, signed waivers, and legal acceptances — are retained in anonymized form as required by law, per Article 4 of our Data Retention Policy. Unused credits are forfeited on deletion.

Can't sign in?

Email support@orynquest.com from the address on your account and we'll process the deletion for you after verifying it's really you.
