What ORYN Quest is and how to set up your family.
ORYN Quest is a marketplace for children's activities. One membership gives you a monthly balance of credits, and you spend them on classes, camps, and experiences from local vendors — swimming this week, art the next. Every activity shows its credit price before you book.
Every adventure starts with curiosity. We're on a mission to make it easier for families to discover what inspires their children. We believe childhood should be filled with exploration, creativity, movement, and meaningful experiences — not endless searching and scheduling. By connecting families with amazing local experiences, we help children explore new interests, build confidence, and create lasting memories. We hope ORYN Quest helps you find more joy, more curiosity, more confidence, more connection, and more adventure.
Creating an account is free — sign up with your email or a social login. You can browse the marketplace right away and choose a membership whenever you're ready to book.
A profile tells us what your child loves, so recommendations actually fit them — their interests, any support preferences, and what they've enjoyed before. You control what goes in it, and a vendor only receives what's needed for a session you've booked.
Booking activities and how your credit balance works.
Your plan adds a fresh batch of credits to your wallet at the start of every billing cycle. Each activity shows exactly how many credits it costs before you commit, and one balance works across every vendor and category. When you book, the credits are applied automatically — you can check your balance anytime in Credits & Wallet.
Absolutely — life changes, and rescheduling is easy. Open the booking under Upcoming in My Bookings and use the Reschedule button to pick a new time. You can move it until 48 hours before the class starts. After that you can still cancel it, or contact support. Moving won't raise your refund: if you cancel later, the share of credits you get back can't be higher than it would be if you cancelled now.
Credit refunds are instant — as soon as a cancellation is confirmed, the credits are back in your balance in Credits & Wallet. How many credits come back depends on how close to the session you cancel; we show you the exact number before you confirm.
In My Bookings — the Upcoming tab shows what's ahead, and the Past tab keeps every class your family has taken.
Browse or search the Explore page and open an activity. Pick a date and time, choose which child is coming under “Booking for” — tap more than one to book siblings into the same session, and the extra children are discounted — then confirm. Booking is paid with credits from your balance — the credit price is shown before you confirm, and there's no card step. You'll get a confirmation email right away and a reminder before the session.
Right after you book, a confirmation email arrives with the activity, vendor, date, time, and your booking reference. If it hasn't shown up, give it a minute and check your spam or junk folder. The booking itself lives in My Bookings under Upcoming — open it for the full details (location, who's coming, and the credits used), to add it to your calendar, or to reschedule or cancel.
Yes — open the booking under Upcoming in My Bookings and choose Cancel Booking. Before you confirm we show you exactly how many credits come back, so there are never surprises. Refund timing depends on how close to the session you cancel — the policy has the details. You can cancel until the class starts or your child is checked in — after that, contact support. Need a different time instead? Up to 48 hours before the class, the same page has a Reschedule button.
They roll over. Each billing cycle's credits are added to the balance you already have rather than replacing it, and they stay in your wallet until you use them. If we ever issue promotional or bonus credits that carry an end date, we tell you when you receive them — the full terms are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
One-time top-up packs let you add credits for a busy week without changing your plan — no subscription required, and the pack price is always confirmed at checkout.
Subscriptions, changes, and refunds.
It's all self-serve — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever your family's rhythm changes, with no long-term contract. Upgrades apply right away with a fair prorated charge for the rest of the cycle, and your new monthly credit amount arrives at your next renewal; downgrades and cancellations generally take effect at the end of your current cycle. The policy below has the exact timing.
Email support and we'll make it right — billing questions get priority. Include the email on your account and roughly when the charge happened, and we'll take it from there.
How we keep the marketplace family-safe.
Only what's needed to run the session you booked — and nothing before you book. Our Safety & Trust page lists exactly what a vendor receives, in plain language.
Yes. Community posts and profiles can be reported right in the app, and direct messages are automatically screened to keep things family-safe. Conversations with vendors stay on the platform so there's always a record — and if a message ever feels wrong, forward it to support and a person will act on it.
Some classes need a signed waiver. If one does, you sign it in the app before booking, or on paper at the first class. In the app it's part of booking — nothing to print, nothing to scan.
Profiles, notifications, and account control.
Booking confirmations and session reminders are sent automatically, so you never miss a session. You can turn booking reminders and deal alerts on or off yourself with the Push Notifications switch on your Profile page.
Open your Profile page and tap Sign Out in the Account & Security card, or use the Sign Out button near the bottom of the Account page. On a computer, there's also a quick sign-out button by your name at the bottom of the sidebar. And you can also ask Lanti, your assistant, to sign you out. Signing out never touches your bookings or credits — everything is right where you left it when you sign back in.
You can delete your account and its data yourself — the account deletion page walks through what's removed and what happens to your subscription and bookings.
Reaching a person and staying in the loop.
Lanti, our AI assistant, is available 24/7 — tap the purple chat button in the app and ask by text or voice. Prefer a person? Live support is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific Time. Outside those hours, email us and a person will reply within 1–2 business days.
Join the ORYN newsletter — play ideas, new vendors, and events nearby, straight to your inbox. No spam, just good stuff. Scroll down to Staying in the loop on this page and subscribe with your email.
Listing your activities on ORYN Quest.
Apply in a few minutes. Once you're approved, you get a dedicated dashboard to publish listings, manage schedules and bookings, message families, and track your earnings.
We check every application. If everything checks out, your first application may be approved automatically right after you submit; otherwise a person on our team reviews it, and we email you the decision. To help it go smoothly, sign up with your business email (the one at your website's address, like hello@yourstudio.com), add your business website, type your address the way it appears on maps, tell families about you, and tick the agreement and the insurance box.
Families book with credits; you're paid in dollars. You set your price per seat, and ORYN keeps an agreed percentage of it to support discovery, bookings, and payments — taken out of your payout, never added to what families pay. We pay what your completed sessions earned to your bank on a regular schedule, and ORYN pays the fees on those payouts. A family who cancels late or doesn't show still pays you: you're paid the part of the booking the family doesn't get back — your full payout for a no-show or a cancel under 24 hours before class, half for 24–48 hours. Your Payouts page shows your rate, the schedule, any option to be paid sooner, and every payout.
Applying, listing classes, and every vendor tool are free. When families book through ORYN Quest, we retain an agreed percentage of the listed class price to support discovery, bookings, and payments. It comes out of your payout and is never added to what families pay, and each booking keeps the rate it was made under. Your rate is on your Payouts page; the fee terms are in Schedule A of the Vendor Participation Agreement and in the Marketplace Rules.
Lanti, your assistant inside your dashboard, answers questions, finds activities that fit your kids, and can manage bookings for you — by chat or by voice.
