Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“Parent,” “Guardian,” “User,” “you”) and ORYN Quest, Inc. (“ORYN Quest,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By creating an account, booking an activity, or using any part of the ORYN Quest platform (“Platform”), you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. ABOUT ORYN QUEST
ORYN Quest is an online marketplace that allows Parents and Guardians to discover, compare, and book children’s activities offered by independent third‑party providers (“Vendors”).
ORYN Quest is not:
- the organizer or operator of activities,
- the employer or supervisor of Vendor staff,
- responsible for Vendor facilities, safety, or equipment,
- responsible for transportation, supervision, or childcare.
Vendors are independent businesses solely responsible for the activities they provide.
2. ACCOUNTS
2.1 Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You agree to update your information if it changes.
2.2 One Account
Each individual may maintain only one Parent/Guardian account unless ORYN Quest approves otherwise.
2.3 Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
2.4 Authority Over Children
By registering a child, you confirm you have legal authority to do so.
3. VENDORS
Vendors are solely responsible for:
- safety and quality of activities,
- staff qualifications,
- compliance with applicable laws,
- facility conditions,
- equipment used,
- supervision during activities.
ORYN Quest does not guarantee Vendor performance, availability, or suitability.
4. PARENT & GUARDIAN RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for determining whether an activity is appropriate for your child, including evaluating:
- age suitability,
- physical or emotional demands,
- medical or behavioral considerations,
- transportation needs,
- supervision levels,
- safety practices.
You are responsible for:
- timely arrival and pickup,
- supervision before check‑in and after dismissal,
- providing accurate emergency and medical information to Vendors,
- remaining reachable during activities.
5. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
5.1 Bookings
A booking is a commitment to participate in an activity. Vendor policies govern attendance, cancellations, and refunds.
5.2 Payments
You authorize ORYN Quest to process payments on behalf of Vendors. All pricing and refund rules are set by the Vendor unless otherwise stated.
6. ACCOMMODATIONS
You may submit accommodation requests (e.g., accessibility or sensory needs). Vendors decide whether they can reasonably provide accommodations. ORYN Quest does not guarantee acceptance.
7. MEDIA & CONTENT
Some activities may involve photography or video recording by Vendors. Review Vendor policies before participation.
If ORYN Quest requests permission to use your child’s image for promotional purposes, you may decline without affecting access to the Platform.
8. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Children’s activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- slips, falls, collisions,
- minor injuries,
- exposure to illness,
- environmental conditions,
- equipment malfunction,
- actions of other participants.
By booking an activity, you voluntarily assume these ordinary risks on behalf of yourself and your child to the extent permitted by law.
9. TECHNOLOGY & PLATFORM USE
ORYN Quest strives for reliable service but does not guarantee:
- uninterrupted access,
- error‑free software,
- perfect accuracy of listings or Vendor information,
- availability of third‑party services.
10. TERMINATION
ORYN Quest may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or conduct that risks harm to children, Vendors, or the Platform.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ORYN Quest is not liable for:
- injuries or incidents occurring during Vendor activities,
- Vendor actions or omissions,
- lost or damaged personal property,
- inaccurate Vendor information,
- technology outages or errors.
12. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by law.
