AI Features Terms

These AI Features Terms (“Terms”) describe how artificial intelligence (“AI”) tools and automated systems are used within the ORYN Quest platform (“Platform”). By using any AI‑powered features, you agree to these Terms.
1. PURPOSE OF AI FEATURES
ORYN Quest may provide optional AI‑powered tools to help Parents and Vendors, including:
- activity recommendations,
- automated summaries,
- search assistance,
- messaging support,
- content organization.
AI features are designed to assist users, not replace human judgment.
2. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
AI features do not provide:
- medical advice,
- psychological or behavioral advice,
- educational evaluations,
- legal advice,
- safety assessments.
Parents and Vendors must rely on their own judgment and professional guidance where appropriate.
3. ACCURACY & LIMITATIONS
AI outputs may:
- contain errors,
- be incomplete,
- misinterpret user input,
- rely on Vendor‑provided information that may not be verified.
ORYN Quest does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI‑generated content.
Users should independently verify important information.
4. USER RESPONSIBILITY
Parents and Vendors are responsible for:
- reviewing AI suggestions before acting on them,
- confirming activity details directly with Vendors,
- providing clear and accurate input to AI tools,
- reporting incorrect or inappropriate AI outputs.
5. DATA USE FOR AI FEATURES
AI features may use:
- activity listings,
- user‑provided information,
- Platform usage data,
- Vendor descriptions.
ORYN Quest does not use children’s personal information for:
- advertising,
- profiling,
- external AI training.
AI features operate only within the Platform.
6. COMMUNICATION ASSISTANCE
AI may assist with:
- drafting messages,
- summarizing conversations,
- organizing information.
Users are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI‑generated messages before sending.
7. SAFETY & CONTENT FILTERING
AI features may include automated systems to:
- detect harmful content,
- prevent inappropriate communication,
- reduce spam or misuse.
These systems are not perfect and may occasionally block or allow content incorrectly.
8. VENDOR USE OF AI
Vendors may use AI tools provided by ORYN Quest to:
- manage listings,
- respond to inquiries,
- summarize activity information.
Vendors remain fully responsible for the accuracy of their listings and communications.
