Recurring Enrollment Terms
Version 1.0 — Last updated July 12, 2026
ARTICLE 1 — PURPOSE AND RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER AGREEMENTS
These Recurring Enrollment Terms ("Enrollment Terms") govern recurring enrollments — reserving a child's seat across a series of sessions of the same Activity, with per-session Credit charges — offered through the ORYN Quest Platform where available. These Enrollment Terms supplement the Terms of Use, the Parent & Guardian Terms & Conditions, and the Subscription, Membership, Credits, Refund, and Cancellation Policy ("Subscription Policy"). In the event of a conflict, the Subscription Policy governs unless these Enrollment Terms expressly provide otherwise.
ARTICLE 2 — HOW RECURRING ENROLLMENT WORKS
2.1 Seat Holds
When you enroll, ORYN Quest reserves a seat for every session of the term at the day(s) and time(s) you select. Enrollment succeeds only when an open seat exists for every session in the term; otherwise no seats are held, no charges occur, and the unavailable dates are identified so you can adjust the schedule.
2.2 Per-Session Charges
You are never charged for the whole term upfront. Each held session is charged individually — the applicable number of Credits, disclosed at enrollment — approximately 48 hours before that session begins. Each charge creates a standard Booking with its own confirmation and record in your transaction history.
2.3 Eligibility
Enrolling requires a Credit balance sufficient for at least the first session. Any waivers the Vendor requires are accepted at enrollment and cover the term.
ARTICLE 3 — AFFIRMATIVE AUTHORIZATION
Recurring charges occur only after you affirmatively consent by checking an unchecked acknowledgment box presented with the full recurring-charge disclosure. ORYN Quest records:
- the version of these Enrollment Terms you accepted;
- the exact disclosure text you were shown;
- the date and time of acceptance;
- and your authenticated account identifier.
If these Enrollment Terms are updated, new enrollments require acceptance of the current version.
ARTICLE 4 — ADVANCE NOTICE OF CHARGES
For sessions scheduled sufficiently far in advance, ORYN Quest provides a one-time advance notice — approximately two to four days before the session — reminding you of the upcoming charge, or warning you if your Credit balance cannot cover it. Sessions that are already within the charge window when you enroll (beginning within approximately 48 hours) are charged promptly after enrollment, as disclosed at the time of enrollment.
ARTICLE 5 — INSUFFICIENT CREDITS
5.1 Skipped Sessions
If your Credit balance cannot cover a session when its charge comes due, that session is skipped: you are not charged, the held seat is released back to the Vendor, and you are notified.
5.2 Automatic Cancellation
If two consecutive sessions are skipped for insufficient Credits, the entire enrollment is automatically cancelled and every remaining held seat is released. You are never charged for skipped sessions or released holds, and you may enroll again once your Credits allow.
ARTICLE 6 — CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
6.1 Releasing Held Seats
A held (not-yet-charged) seat may be released at any time, free of charge — you were never charged for it. Cancelling an entire enrollment releases every remaining held seat the same way.
6.2 Charged Sessions
Once a session has been charged it is a standard Booking. Cancelling it follows the Subscription Policy and the Vendor's cancellation schedule, with one addition:
6.3 Automatic-Charge Grace Period
Because per-session charges are initiated automatically by the Platform, any charged session cancelled within 24 hours of its automatic charge receives a full Credit restoration, regardless of the Vendor's cancellation schedule.
ARTICLE 7 — VENDOR AND PLATFORM CHANGES
If a Vendor cancels a session, pauses the Activity, or becomes unable to accept bookings:
- held seats for affected sessions are released with notice to you, and you are not charged;
- already-charged sessions that the Vendor cancels receive an automatic full Credit restoration under the Subscription Policy;
- for pauses or other interruptions, you may cancel an already-charged session yourself (the automatic-charge grace period in Section 6.3 applies within 24 hours of the charge, and the Vendor's cancellation schedule applies otherwise), or contact support for a restoration under the Subscription Policy's refund provisions.
The Platform will not charge a session for an Activity that is no longer accepting bookings.
ARTICLE 8 — REASONABLE LIMITS
To keep seats available for all families, ORYN Quest applies reasonable operational limits, which may include:
- a maximum number of simultaneously active enrollments per account;
- a brief cooling-off period before re-enrolling in the same Activity after cancelling an enrollment;
- one active enrollment per child per Activity;
- limits on the number of session times per week and the overall term length (terms may not exceed one year);
- and the fraud-prevention and account-integrity provisions of the Subscription Policy.
A session already booked separately for the same child will not also be charged through an enrollment; the duplicate hold is released with notice.
ARTICLE 9 — MODIFICATIONS
ORYN Quest may modify these Enrollment Terms from time to time. Material changes apply to new enrollments upon acceptance of the updated version; where required by Applicable Law, ORYN Quest will provide notice of changes affecting existing enrollments.
ARTICLE 10 — ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE
These Enrollment Terms may be accepted electronically, including by checking an acknowledgment box and completing enrollment. Records of acceptance are maintained under the Subscription Policy's electronic-acceptance provisions.
